RESOURCES
The resources available to Viscom students range from our own letterpress facilities to a digital print studio. The Office of Student Computing Resources (OSCR) also has several labs available to our students.
Viscom Studio: ART Rm #207
A student work space that houses Macs and an open wireless network for laptops.
Software includes Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and
Flash just to name a few. Printers, copiers cutting and mounting tools are
also available in this large workspace.
Letterpress Studio: ART Rm #203e
This studio houses a Vandercook Universal proofing press, a Chandler and Price
press, photo polymer plate making equipment, and a guillotine paper cutter.
We also have a growing collection of wood and lead type.
Special Collections:
A collection of rare books, historic photographs, and unique archival materials.
