Below are the two necessary forms you must submit ALONG WITH YOUR PAYMENT of $300 in order to be entered into Band Day at The University of Arizona.
We will be limiting the number of participating bands to 38 and they will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the timely receipt of the above completed forms so send yours in now.
Please print out the Application Form and the Program Announcer Sheet and complete them fully and accurately, then mail them in by the deadline.
Applications received by the deadline but without proper payment WILL NOT BE ENTERED into the event schedule.
