Windows 2000 or XP Professional
Go to the Start menu and select Run.... (Remember, if you're using Windows XP Home, your computer cannot connect to the CFA Wireless network.). In the Run... box, type cmd and press return.
In the terminal window that opens, type ipconfig /all and press return. You will see output that describes your computers network connections. Find the section that references your wireless card and look for the line called Physical Address. The string of six pairs of numbers and letters is the hardware address (example screenshot from Wikipedia).

In the list that appears on the right, select AirPort. Your AirPort card's hardware address is found below labeled MAC Address.
