The Texan was blond

brave, young and beautiful

She rode a horse and always carried guns

she was a serious dangerous woman

Riding on her black horse she was looking for
Pedro Mendoza

Someone murdered her mother

when she was very young

They made fun of her mother

and then, they raped her

Her life was full of anger due to that tragedy

Someone told Mendoza

that a blond was looking for him

But he would never have imagined

that she would be the daughter of that woman

the one that Mendoza stabbed to death

Mendoza was a wealthy man

no doubt that he was a cruel person

The blond was hunting him down  She didn't care
about the law

She wanted to kill him as soon as she found him

Someone told the blond

that he was at the river

And she went to bathe at the river,
at the edge of a canyon

Once he noticed her beauty, he approached her like
a lion to attack her

The blond didn't wait at all

and she fired her gun

he screamed "Don't shoot"

the blond laughed hysterically

I avenged your death, mother  The Texan would scream

Era güera la Tejana

valiente, joven y hermosa

De a caballo y bien armada

de serieda y peligrosa

en su caballo azavache buscaba a
Pedro Mendoza

A su madre asesinaron

cuando ella era muy pequeña

De su madre se burlaron

y la violaron a ella

Rencor llevaba en su vida, debido a aquella trajedia

Le avisaron a Mendoza

que una güera lo buscaba

Pero no se imaginaba

que era hija de la tisnada

la que Mendoza dio muerte a terribles puñaladas

Mendoza era un hombre rico

sin duda era un tipo cruel

La güera lo perseguía sin importarle
la ley

Ella pensaba en matarlo al encontrarse con él

Le avisaron a la güera

que él andaba en el rio

Y ella bajó a bañarse a orillas de
una cañada

Y al mirar tanta belleza como un león
bajó a atacarla

La güera no esperó nada

y descargó la metralla

El gritaba "no dispares"

la güera se carcajeaba

Ya te vengué madrecita, se oía gritar la Tejana
