This is a very old corrido and Tony knows all the old ones

The old corridos used... it was very common to
have twenty, twenty-five, thirty verses.

In fact, when they started recording them putting them,
in forty-fives, 

they had to use both sides 'cause they were so long.

In some cases they had to cut down on the verses.
