String Area

The University of Arizona School of Music string area faculty is internationally known for their expertise in performance and teaching. Students receive outstanding individual mentoring, enhanced by ensemble performance experience in small and large ensembles. Opportunities are also available for adventurous string students to explore their passion for jazz, electro-acoustic, and contemporary music.
