About Us
We are an auxiliary to The University of Arizona "Pride of Arizona" Marching and Pep Bands. The primary goal of our line is to perform at UA football and men's basketball games. In addition, the Pom Line is a separate performance group, competing nationally while also providing outreach to the community through appearances, performances, and volunteer work.
"The UA Pom/Dance Line is an integral part of our nationally renowned 'Pride of Arizona' Athletic Bands program. It is my privilege as the director to work with this outstanding group of talented and dedicated young ladies. The artistry and energy that the UA Pom/Dance Line brings to our university community is unequalled around this country. They are simply spectacular!"

Events and Performances
The UA Marching and Pep Bands exist mainly in support of Arizona Athletics. The Pom Line performs sideline routines and halftime shows at all home football and men's basketball games. Come see us in action!
The Pom Line competes at the United Spirit Association Collegiate Nationals in Las Vegas. The competition is held annually and usually takes place in the month of February. This is one of the most exciting and rewarding times of the year. The competition is always fun and turns out to be great bonding experience. We first began competing in 1999 and we are the 2002 USA National Champions.
In addition to our regular responsibilities, the Pom Line does volunteer work, hosts dance clinics, and makes appearances at events around the Tucson community. See our calendar for upcoming events. To learn more about having the UA Pom Line appear at your next event, click here.
