Vicki Ragan is an artist photographer whose work has been exhibited and is in permanent collections worldwide.  She is the 2009 recipient of the Harold Jones Distinguished Alumni Award, which was established to honor University of Arizona School of Art Photography alumni for outstanding achievement and contributions to the field of photography.
