Senior Degree Check

All students must complete a Senior Degree Check to graduate from the University of Arizona. Once in your final year of school you must initiate the degree check process. You will need to pull your SAPR and verify that you are in the correct degree program, major, minor, option, and catalog year before you request the degree check.

  • Make an appointment with a School of Art academic advisor to go over final requirements.

  • Go to the College of Fine Arts Administration Office, in Music 111, to speak with the Graduation Services Advisor and begin the degree check process. A $35.00 application fee will be billed to your bursar account.

  • Once obtained, bring the degree check to the Art Advising Center.

  • Your academic advisor will process the degree check and e-mail you to schedule a review.

  • To review the completed degree check: Read thoroughly and be sure you understand what you must do to complete your degree, sign it, and return the degree check to the Office Specialist.
