Senior Degree Check

All students must have a degree check to graduate from the University of Arizona. Once in your final year of school you must initiate the degree check. You will need to pull your S.A.P.R. and verify that you are in the correct degree program, major, minor, option and catalog year before you request the degree check.

  • Go to Music 115 and speak with the Graduation Services Advisor to begin the degree check process. You will be charged a $15.00 application fee. The Degree check office will bill your bursar account.
  • The Graduation Services Advisor sends the degree check to the Advising Center.
  • The Art Department's Coordinating Advisor will process the degree check and call or e-mail you to come into the office.
  • You will review the completed degree check, read it thoroughly to be sure you understand what you must do to complete your degree, sign it and return it to the Office Specialist who will forward it to the Assistant Dean's office in Music 111.
