S.A.P.R. (Student Academic Progress Report)

You can regularly check progress toward your educational goals. This is done through the use of a computerized degree audit program called On Course.

On Course checks courses for which you are registered or have completed against the requirements of your program(s) and provides an audit report. This audit is called the Student Academic Progress Report (SAPR).

HOW DO I READ MY SAPR?

On Course provides an on-line explanation of How to read the SAPR.

WHAT IS AN APRR?

Academic Program Requirements Reports (APRRs) outline the requirements for each undergraduate degree program (major and minor) offered at The University of Arizona. These reports allow you to make an informed decision about the degree program best suited to your educational goals. You may view online APRRs for any degree program offered in the 1993-95 and subsequent catalogs via Student Link at URL: http://www.arizona.edu/academic/oncourse/data/interface

DOES THE SAPR or THE APRR REPLACE ADVISING?

NO! The purpose of On Course is to enhance advising by providing accurate and comprehensive information that you can use in consultation with your advisor to make academic decisions. You are encouraged to contact your advisor for academic and career counseling. Many major and minor requirements call for you to select course work in consultation with your academic advisor. Additionally, your advisor is able to correct errors on the SAPR and make adjustments when necessary.
