The Art History club is a student-run organization that seeks to enhance student appreciation for art and its history via informal social gatherings, discussion of readings, movie screenings, as well as trips to cultural sites. A member of the Art History faculty serves as sponsor of the club and coordinates activities.
Annual presentation on current research by the recipient of the Art History Undergraduate Essay Prize. The recipient of the competition receives an honorarium of $100.
This is a program for eligible juniors and seniors who come from underrepresented backgrounds, i.e., who are underrepresented in graduate school. The Summer Research Institute provides an outstanding opportunity to learn how to conduct research and prepare for graduate studies at the University of Arizona.
